Why ABS? It can be recycled and used over and over. During the production process it does not emit harmful gases into the environment. ABS can also be burnt without any hazardous biproducts. PVC on the other hand does not burn, but smoulders emitting harmful chlorine gas into the environment, these are also present during the production process of PVC edge band.

Even though we have a vast knowledge of the PVC Edge Band extrusion process we made the decision to use a greener alternative for our products right from the start.
Creative Profiles Inc. offers unique business services to our customers tailored to meet their needs. We are more than willing to dedicate a whole production line just for a customer if they have the capacity. In this manner the lead time would be one week or less. We will work with you and give you the best service possible.

We use high quality raw materials for our products, our ABS resin has UV stabilizer added directly to them. All our edge banding has a layer of UV coating as well to protect the surface.
We offer custom colour matches to all the major laminates in the North American market as well as the European laminates. Profile sizes: Thickness 0.45m

We offer custom colour matches to all the major laminates in the North American market as well as the European laminates. Profile sizes: Thickness 0.45mm, 0.5mm , 1mm, 2mm, 2.5mm and 3mm. Widths : 19mm, 22.2mm, 24mm 30mm, 33.3mm , and 42mm. Other sizes can also be produced upon customer’s request. Surface finishes printed and solids in matt, satin, textured and wood grain embossed, and high gloss.
In regard to Special Products, we offer Fluted profiles in 33.3 x 2.5mm.
